Kevin Latty – Executive Director
Mr. Latty is co-founder of Souly Business. He brings to the Board over 30 years of business and ministry experience. Kevin graduated from Georgia State University in 1981. Following employment with two Wall St firms, he has been affiliated with Raymond James as an independent investment advisor since 1990. Kevin is also co-founder and past Chairman of Childspring International, a non-profit organization that provides critical medical care to children from third world countries. Mr. Latty is a member of Buckhead Church where he serves as a Starting Point leader. Kevin and his wife, Ann, have two sons.
Y.D. “Sonny” Newton II - Chairman
Mr. Newton is Vice President of Purchasing and Distribution at Chick-fil-A, where he has served for over 20 years in operations and strategic planning. At the request of the Cathy family, he is currently mentoring the next generation of leadership at Chick-fil-A. Sonny graduated from the University of South Carolina and also serves as board Chairman for Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Gwinnett County Georgia. He is a member at Mountain Park Methodist Church. Sonny and his wife, Jenny, have two daughters and two grandchildren.
Bob Lewis- Mr. Lewis is President of Lewis Leadership, a strategic planning, consulting, and leadership coaching firm. He works with senior leaders in the profit and non-profit sectors and helps organizations achieve breakthrough results in operations and execution. Bob graduated from the University of North Carolina and attends the Buckhead Church with the two youngest of this four children.
Larry Green- Mr. Green is co-founder of Souly Business. He has worked in various executive management positions with The Coca-Cola Company and McCann-Erickson World Group. Larry is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and is President of The Leadership Path an executive coaching business. He is also founder and Executive Director of Cloud Walk, a non-profit ministry that serves to help people “fall in love with God”. Larry and his wife, Jody, are members of Birmingham United Methodist Church and have two children.
Paul Trotti -Mr. Trotti is VP of Human Resources at Inovis Corp. He graduated from West Point Military Academy and received his MA degrees from Emory University and the Naval War College. Paul served for over 25 years as an officer in the U.S. Army infantry and is a retired full Colonel. He was previously V.P. of Human Resources at Winter Construction. He and his wife Mary Jane are members of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church where he teaches adult Sunday school. They have 3 children and two grandchildren.
David M. Felts- Mr. Felts is a Managing Director with Brookwood Associates, L.L.C., one of the largest middle-market investment banking firms in the Southeast. Prior to joining Brookwood he was co-founder of Equity Capital Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity fund. Before ECP, David was with Prudential Securities’ investment banking group for 11 years. He earned degrees from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He attends Buckhead Church with his wife, Jill and two daughters.
Neal Reynolds- Mr. Reynolds is President of The Ad Shop, a marketing and advertising firm that specializes in web-based marketing resources centers. He is a Founding Director of Integrity Bank in Alpharetta, GA, and serves on the audit committee and chairman of the loan committee. Neal graduated from Auburn University where he lettered in football. Neal and his wife, Jan, and their two children are members of Roswell United Methodist Church, where he is Lay Leader and past Chairman of the Pastor-Parish Relations Committee.
Bart Newman- Mr. Newman is an attorney with Arnall Golden Gregory (AGG) in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining AGG, he was a Captain in the U.S. Army and completed a one year tour in Baghdad, Iraq. Upon returning from Iraq, Bart wrote the book "Because of Baghdad: What a Father Would Say About Life if He Didn't Come Home to Say It." He holds degrees from the University of Georgia, the University of St. Andrews (Scotland), and the University of Georgia School of Law. He also serveson the Board of Directors of the UGA Alumni Association. Bart and his wife, Julie, have three children and attend Johnson Ferry Baptist Church.
